Being Hungry Helps!

Hunger may not be a very sweet sensation, but it does have its share of advantages to gloat about! In fact, staying hungry can help you lose weight, especially if it is in the case of obese or fat individuals.


Staying hungry has always been one of the primary strategies to lose weight – both in the orthodox and the modern worlds! For those who didn’t know, appetite suppression through pure hoodia gordonii extracts helped the Bushmen in the Kalahari desert to stay away from their hunger pangs and hunt for a longer period of time without the regular supplements of food and water. The modern world has seen starve-dieting, crash courses in skipping one or two meals in a day and similar strategies to lose that fat!
