Weight Loss – Differences in Genders!

Weight loss varies with physical structures and body shapes – but genders may also have an impact on who or how weight loss campaign may attain results. A new study from professional physiologists has suggested that what works for a man to help lose his weight may not work for a woman at all!

This includes losing weight through conventional exercises as well as through hoodia tablets and pure hoodia supplements that have become so popular of late! So when your girlfriend comes in and says she has been on a dosage of hoodia supplements for a month and has been working out for a couple of hours a day, you might find that the weight loss attained by her is lesser than you – who works out only for an hour a day and is on the hoodia gordonii dosage for only a week.

This has to do with hormones as well as the physical activity that a man does – and how it differs in the case of a woman. So while a male athlete may enjoy regaining the shape and structure of his body after a year of languid inactivity, a female athlete may find it harder to regain that same fitness level and shed the fat off the waistline she has gained over the same period of time.

In a nutshell, it is the weight loss that matters – and not the way you get it (if not through illegal or unhealthy means!). So if you are gaining a couple of pounds off from your waistline through 3 hours of exercise, add some supplementary fat loss curriculum like hoodia tablets – and you will be good for the day!
