Vacationers Gain 8 Pounds at an Average

The vacation, once looked forward to, has become a thing of dread among people who are either teetering or have already crossed over the line of obesity worldwide. Leading the pack are the Britons, who, according to a survey are the biggest gluttons for punishment as far as weight gain on holidays is concerned!

In fact, holidaying couples and families alike, gain about 8 pounds in an average count per person, according to a survey on British tourists coming over to the USA. The Americans are no better too, as they too gain around 4-5 pounds per head when they are out into the European or Asian continents.

The high weight gain statistic for Britons can be traced back to the mammoth amount of fast food and meat products that is consumed when on a vacation in the country. The famed Hamburgers and Wendy’s and Pizza Huts are all in a seeming conspiracy, where they entice vacationing Britons and chuck them out with a waistline a number of inches farther away from their bodies!

However, if you are careful enough, you can easily avoid weight gain while on a holiday. Take hoodia tablets or similar appetite suppressants while you are packing your bags for a holiday, and ensure that you take them regularly while on a trip.

The fact that weight gain is a massive stumbling block in people going all-out on their vacation enlists the need for appetite suppressants on a trip. Add dieting and light exercise to this – and you are going to be slimmer when you get back!
