Coffee and Weight Loss – Are They Related?

Coffee and weight loss are connected – or so say physicians and health experts who have studied weight loss trends for months! Caffeine, the main ingredient of coffee can help lose the flab in two ways – one is through fat burning and the second is by keeping you active!


The first is achieved by the constituent ephedrine, which triggers fat burning hormones in the body and thus stops fat from being absorbed into the body and then accumulating in areas where you least want them to! This is one of the best traits of coffee, and one of the main reasons why people drink it – overweight people that is.

Coffee also keeps you active and puts the invisible matchstick between your eyelids and keeps you awake. This is achieved by the caffeine that energizes the adrenaline in your body and thus helps keep you active. The more you keep working and the less you sleep (we are talking about the quota of sleep that is in excess and not the least required!), the less fat you tend to accumulate on your waistline or on your belly!

Black coffee, which is multiple times stronger than milk coffee is also a great way to lose weight. This is also much safer from the health perspective when compared to green tea and similar stuff. Add hoodia weight loss supplements or other diet pills into the picture and you have a killer combination to fight fat at hand!
