Repetitive Foods Can Curb Weight Gain

Weight loss is an exciting result that can be achieved by means that bore you to death! If you got intrigued by such a statement, well, a new study proves exactly this – but in a positive way.


The study, which is due to be posted up on The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, suggests that if you really want to lose weight, you should be boring yourself with repetitive food dishes on your platter every day. So if you were getting annoyed at your cook preparing the same old broccoli and eggs for dinner, thank him for he is your unintentional savior from the obesity trap!

This is called an “overkill strategy”, which offers the point of view that anything that you over-indulge in becomes stale after a period of time and you no longer hear/take in the same amount that you used to on the first day. This works in the case of songs, films or even books. Listen to the same song or watch the same genre everyday at the same scheduled time, and you will be begging for change.

The same applies to food. So if you are having cereal for breakfast, keep having them everyday sans exceptions. You will find that not only has it helped you gain control over your diet, but you will find even great hoodia weight loss supplements as unnecessary.
