Light Snacks Heavier than Heavy Meals

All of those who had been excusing themselves off dinner tables and exquisite luncheons only to be found digging into chips’ packets and fries, you have new news to counter.

New studies have found that the supposedly ‘light meals’ or snacks in between the heavy-duty meals cause more weight gain than the lunches and dinners you had been skipping to experience natural weight loss. However, what you snack on also is a matter of debate when talking about weight loss that is natural and easy.

For instance, if you are having lettuce and veggies (or hoodia pills!) in snacks (very rarely people do so, but they do!) it is okay to give the lunch or a full blown dinner the miss. However, if you are more addicted to hamburgers and fries and chips and beer and that is what you define snacks by, well you need to re-think your weight loss and diet regulation strategies mate!

As for natural weight loss methods, it is advised that you have a gala breakfast, a regulated lunch and a miserly dinner – in order to stay fit. A complimentary subscription to weight loss supplements as well as light exercise should be the right way to deal with the weight gain.

So if you were obese and needed advice on your diet, you know what to do. Get the vegetables back on the dining table and shoo your favorite packet of chips off into the backyard.

There goes your weight gain reason into the dark!

Weight Loss Myths – Busted!

Weight loss is not a hard thing to achieve – it has been hyped up to be so because of a number of myths that shroud weight loss in the clouds. Let’s get together and bust them off!

The first myth is that exercises are the only way off to lose weight. Well, while that is partially true, it is a fact that someone just wasting himself off in the gym for 6 hours a day will be able to lose weight. However, most obese men and women cannot afford to sweat it out that hard, and is a staggering effort when seen practically – both from the perspectives of emotional and physical points of view.

Another myth happens to be that the easiest way out of excess fat is to stop drinking alcohol. While self prohibition is a good thing to encourage yourself to do it has no effect on weight loss whatsoever. Except for beer, which gives you a pot belly and not necessarily excess flab, no other alcoholic drink causes weight loss when stopped as an intake.

The biggest myth however, is that hoodia weight loss (or from other diet pills) is equal for everyone. Not only is it false, but can cause massive disappointment to someone who has been comparing his/her results with another’s. Every human anatomy is unique and the capability of weight loss varies from person to person – and can never be to the same effect for any two persons ever!
